Delete your account

You can delete your Zinny Empire account (website and app) at any time. This page works for everyone who has an account with us.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name, phone number, email and saved addresses
• Your profile, wishlist, game profile and saved preferences
• Your name and contact details on past orders and bookings

What we keep, and for how long

• Order, payment and invoice records, without your name or contact details, for up to 6 years because Nigerian tax and accounting law requires it
• Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days

How it works

1. Log in and confirm below.
2. Choose to delete now, or in 7 days (you can cancel during that time).
3. We email you when it is done.

Staff, agent, vendor and driver accounts are checked by our team first, because they are linked to payments and work records. We finish within 7 days.
