Please note: Zinny Empire is not the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and is not a government agency or regulator. CAC, the government agency, processes and approves every registration. Proposed business names are subject to availability and CAC approval, and processing times depend on CAC’s official process.
How it works
Simple steps
- Send the short form below, or use the full CAC application on Zinny Mart.
- We check name availability and call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details.
- You pay Zinny Empire by bank transfer. Our team checks that the money has arrived before work starts – a receipt alone is not proof of payment.
- We collect your ID and signature securely (only authorised staff can see them), and our accredited partner files your registration with CAC.
- You receive your registration documents once CAC issues them.

CAC payments are kept separate from Vendor and Partner subscriptions.
