Zinny is not CAC. The price is all-inclusive – no extra charge. Partners need CAC registration; you can apply while you keep only the access allowed before registration is completed.

A Business Name registration does not include a Memorandum and Articles of Association; those apply only to a Limited company.
What you need to provide
- Valid means of ID (NIN slip, international passport, driver’s licence or voter’s card) for the applicant
- Recent passport photograph
- Signature (photo of your signature on white paper)
- Two or three proposed business names, and the nature of the business
- Business address and your residential address, phone and email

Limited Liability Company (Ltd)

What you receive (once issued by CAC for the registration actually completed):
- CAC Certificate of Incorporation
- Status Report
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Tax ID (TIN)
What you need to provide
- Valid means of ID (NIN slip, international passport, driver’s licence or voter’s card) for the applicant
- Recent passport photograph
- Signature (photo of your signature on white paper)
- Two or three proposed business names, and the nature of the business
- Business address and your residential address, phone and email
- For each director / shareholder: full name, ID, passport photograph, signature, address and share split (we contact you for these after you apply)

How your registration is handled
- You apply and pay Zinny Empire. Zinny Empire works with trusted accredited partners and contracts your registration to one of them; Zinny stays responsible to you for the service.
- Zinny Empire is not the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and is not a government agency or regulator. CAC, the government agency, processes and approves every registration.
- All-inclusive price: ₦40,000 for a Business Name and ₦60,000 for a Limited company. There is no extra charge.
- Proposed business names are subject to availability and CAC approval.
- Processing times and the issue of documents depend on CAC’s official process.
- This service is separate from Zinny Vendor and Partner plans. Applying does not change your Vendor or Partner status and does not give a CAC badge.
- Your documents are stored privately and only authorised staff can open them. Only staff can confirm your payment, after checking the actual transfer.
