Zinny Logistics Independent Provider Agreement

You are independent. You are an independent provider (driver, rider, courier, flyer, freight or charter operator), not an employee, agent or partner of Zinny Empire Group Limited (RC 9166863). You set your own prices and decide which jobs to accept.
No liability for Zinny Empire. Zinny Empire only lists your profile so customers can contact you. Zinny Empire is not a party to any delivery, ride, shipping or charter arrangement between you and a customer and accepts no liability for loss, damage, delay, injury, theft, customs issues, fines or any claim arising from your services.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for holding and keeping valid every licence, permit, insurance, vehicle paper, aviation approval and customs registration your service requires, for obeying all laws, and for the safety of goods and people in your care.
Accurate information. Your name, selfie, NIN, licence, vehicle, guarantor, company and bank details must be true and yours.
Indemnity. You indemnify Zinny Empire Group Limited, its directors and staff against all claims, losses, costs and legal fees arising from your services, conduct or breach of this agreement.
Law enforcement. You consent to Zinny Empire sharing your identity, NIN, selfie, licence, vehicle, guarantor, bank and job details with the Nigeria Police Force, FRSC, NCAA, Nigeria Customs Service, EFCC, courts and other authorities, and to its use to pursue legal action.
Prohibited. You must not carry illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods, or goods prohibited by Nigerian law, airline or customs rules.
Data protection (NDPR / NDPA 2023). You consent to Zinny Empire processing your personal data for verification, fraud prevention, listing your profile, and the purposes above. Sensitive data is encrypted and only visible to authorised administrators.
Referral rewards you offer. If you switch on a referral reward, you must pay each referrer directly for every completed job that comes through their link and mark it Paid on your dashboard. Zinny Empire does not hold or pay this money. Unpaid referral rewards can lead to your listing being suspended or closed.
Reviews. Customers may rate you. Providers with consistently low ratings may be hidden or removed.
Termination. Zinny Empire may suspend or remove your listing at any time. Nigerian law applies.
